While many people find the idea of alien visitors as at least something plausible, the notion of extraterrestrial bases right here on Earth providing a permanent presence to these otherworldly beings is quite simply a step too far. The fact is, though, there are many claims and suggestions of just such bases existing on our planet, with many of the world’s mountains housing just some of them. One individual who stated such a thing was Pat Price. However, the fact that he arrived at this information through remote viewing makes some people treat these claims with a certain amount of caution.
Whether of consequence or not, Price would pass away shortly after reporting on his findings. Other remote viewers, though, appeared to corroborate his information with their own remote viewing missions. Indeed, the revelations of Pat Price and the subsequent findings that came from it could quite possibly be some of the most important details offered about the alleged secret workings of our planet on record, as well as confirming the presence of another intelligence on Earth, one from somewhere else in the universe.

Yet More Suggestions Of An Alien-Human Hybridization Program
Without a doubt, one of the most intriguing, and indeed talented remote viewers was the aforementioned Pat Price, and he is a person of interest to people in different fields of interest. One-time CIA director, Stansfield Turner once said of Price that he was “a man who ‘see’ what was going on anywhere in the world through his psychic powers”.
Among the many revelations from Price was his assertion that many mountains around the world were, in fact, housing extraterrestrial bases. [1] And furthermore, these extraterrestrials were humans looking, the result of a long-standing hybridization program.
Many of Price’s claims were documented by Jim Schnabel in his book Remote Viewers: The Secret History of America’s Psychic Spies. According to Schnabel’s research, Price claimed that these alien beings looked completely human, at least outwardly. They did, however, have “heart, lungs, blood, and eyes” that were different from humans. Perhaps of more concern, though, was Price’s certainty that these extraterrestrials used “thought-transfer” abilities to maintain a discreet control over humanity.
Further according to Price, many of these human-looking alien beings had “infiltrated all governments in sensitive positions”, as well as being in positions of influence and power in business and other fields. It was, Price would warn, the intention of these alien entities to take over humanity without them realizing such a takeover was happening – essentially, an undetected invasion through the back door. And we should note, although the details differ, other researchers have concluded that the goal of the apparent alien presence on Earth is to achieve just that – a discreet takeover of the planet as part of a hybridization program.
The Mysterious Base In Mount Hayes
Although Price highlighted several mountains that contained these alien bases in a report to Hal Puthoff, the director of the CIA’s remote viewing program in 1973, one was highlighted as being of particular interest – Mount Hayes in Alaska, just to the northeast of Anchorage.
He offered that this particular base acted as a “geological center” for these extraterrestrials, elaborating that the activities of this alien presence had caused several United States and Soviet satellites and other “space projects” to malfunction and fail. Price also stated that if anyone were to come close to approaching the base they would face some kind of electronic warfare defense, adding that “if they were discovered, personnel (would be) deployed physically in activity to make sure of the failure of that certain project”.
It is worth our time here to briefly note the state of Alaska for a moment, and more specifically, the many strange encounters there and the FBI’s apparent interest in them. Not only that but that interest appeared to begin in the late 1940s – the start of the Modern UFO Era. Indeed, it appeared that the agency spent a considerable amount of time investigating UFO sightings close to the Mount Hayes area during this time.
As well as the many UFO reports in and around this region of Alaska, there are also reports from multiple airline pilots who have experienced bizarre behavior of their equipment when flying over Mount Hayes, specifically, interference and even malfunctioning of their navigational equipment. While there could possibly be some kind of electromagnetic anomaly in the area that is responsible for this, some researchers have put forward that it is further evidence of an alien presence deep within the mountain.
Another Bizarre Location At Mount Zeil
What perhaps also made these revelations from Price all the more interesting, and quite possibly all the more controversial, was that he remotely viewed the information outside of the framework of the CIA’s Project Stargate program completely under his own supervision. And as well as Mount Hayes, Price highlighted several other mountains around the world that contained a permanent alien presence.
One of these was highlighted as being Mount Zeil in the Northern Territory of Australia. In fact, when Price was remotely viewing this location, he suddenly realized that the aliens were aware of his astral presence, and so were aware of his knowledge of their location and activities. Needless to say, he aborted the session immediately.
He would offer that it was at the base within Mount Zeil that the largest number of extraterrestrials were present, elaborating that the base acted similarly to a “processing center”, and almost certainly played a major part in the human-alien hybridization program. What’s more, “personnel” from other alien bases were often stationed here, and he also reported seeing several different vehicles, all of which had “different ID marks that correspond to each site’s different locations”.
Multiple Bases From Europe To Africa
Yet another intriguing location highlighted by Price was Mount Perdido which resides in the Pyrenees region between France and Spain. And, much like the other bases, although seemingly much more so, this extraterrestrial facility is heavily guarded. According to what Price learned, there is a two-mile perimeter around the entire base that contains multiple sensors that alert the bases to anyone crossing into this forbidden zone. Furthermore, the aliens have several different advanced vehicles to quickly reach any potential intruders.
With this heavily protected base in mind, it is perhaps worth our time considering the fact that ancient cave art has been discovered in this region that is thousands and thousands of years old, at the very least. Of further interest, at least according to many people’s perception, this artwork resembles an astronaut or space traveler, at least how we would describe them today. Could this artwork be proof of an alien presence in the region that goes back to antiquity? And does that mean that Mount Perdido is indeed home to an extraterrestrial base?
Price also points to Mount Nyangani in Zimbabwe in Africa as being home to an alien base – a facility that he elaborates is a technological hub of sorts. This particular base, Price continued, is where much of the key maintenance and repair work on alien vehicles are carried out, adding that he could see “lots of spare equipment”, as well as “parts being welded in a vacuum area with a window area” where a “grey-white powers are pasted on both parts and then fused”. As hard as it might be for us to imagine exactly what he might be describing, is this an insight into the technology and material used on many of the objects we know as UFOs?
A Strange And Sudden Death?
Two years after he made his claims to his superiors, Price was dead. And, at least according to some, his death was more than a little suspicious. Prior to his death, he was invited to several meetings with the NSA and the Office of Naval Intelligence in Washington DC. During these meetings, it is thought he received information concerning future remote viewing missions. Immediately following these meetings, whether under instruction or through his own desire, he caught a flight straight to Las Vegas in Nevada.
While staying at a hotel in Las Vegas, on the night before his death, Price was bumped into by a strange, mysterious gentleman at the check-in desk before dinner. The gentleman quickly apologized and then left the scene, seemingly disappearing within seconds. Although he didn’t think too much of it at the time, Price would later state to those he was with he had felt a sharp pain in his leg at the same time the mystery gentleman bumped into him.
As he was going over the strange events, he suddenly recalled seeing a person pour an unknown liquid into his coffee during his meetings in Washington DC. He had, incidentally, not gotten around to drinking the coffee in question. Now he questioned whether that was an attempt to kill him and whether the pain he felt in his leg should be cause for concern.
His concerns heightened during the night as he began to feel increasingly unwell. The following morning, still feeling sick, he suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away.
Of course, whether this death was simply a tragic act of nature or whether dark forces were at work remains unknown. His work, though, at least in part, was carried on following his death over the coming years.
Further Corroborating Information
One of the people who became aware of Price’s claims was a high-ranking officer in the Project Stargate program, Skip Atwater. He would, using other remote viewers of the Stargate program, have the coordinates that Price had used to investigate these apparent alien bases for himself. And some of the results were interesting, to say the least.
One, unnamed remote viewer, for example, stated that there was indeed a base deep under Mount Zeil in Australia. They would offer that they could see an intricate network of tunnels that ball-shaped vehicles traveled along. These tunnels were connected by strange tubes of some kind. Perhaps as a testament to the sheer surrealness of what they were seeing, the remote viewer in question was said to have been quite disturbed at the scene before them.
Shortly after this, Puthoff and Atwater contacted the CIA chief at the northern Australia office to ask them if they believed there was anything to the information provided by the remote viewer. They responded that there wasn’t anything going on “other than all those UFOs flying around Mount Zeil”.
It was at this point a decision was made to utilize the skills of one of the agency’s top remote viewers, Joe McMoneagle, and see if he might corroborate any of the other locations highlighted by Price.
A Link To Black Budget Projects?
It was during a remote viewing session in July 1982 when McMoneagle was instructed to remote view at the Mount Hayes location. And almost immediately, he stated that he had “never seen anything like it”, adding that it was “like walking into a place” that he had “no familiarity with at all”. He would also highlight an intricate network of tunnels and strange, advanced ball-shaped vehicles.
He continued that “the whole thing is underground and is powered like an atomic power plant”. He then went on to state that he “didn’t have the rudimentary terms to describe” fully what he was seeing. He stated that he was looking at a “prototype of something” and that he didn’t sense “an aggressive nature to this target”. He also didn’t “sense the presence of individuals at the target”.
Had things changed since Price had remotely viewed the location almost a decade earlier? Or was one of the remote viewers inaccurate in their respective missions?
Interestingly, McMoneagle went on to produce several drawings of what he was seeing. One of these drawings did indeed seem to suggest some kind of “underground UFO base”, others were very similar to equipment and layouts associated with HAARP – the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program – which resides around 100 miles to the southeast of Mount Hayes. Could there be some kind of connection between this controversial (to some) program and this strange and enigmatic mountain?
Several years later, another remote viewer, Mel Riley, was asked to remote view Mount Hayes. And his information was no less intriguing and also appeared to describe some kind of UFO connection. He would state that he could see “a dark figure is seated at a circular control panel” with “another light figure is in the background”. He continued that “the structure is located within a mountain with a large triangular peak with a large lake at the base of the mountain”.
Still speaking of this strange object, he offered that “there are two people walking outside and two people inside the structure”. Then, he stated that “inside the structure sits something that looks similar to an organ”, adding that he had a sense that this “organ” was “observing” what was taking place.
A Possibility Of A “Far Different Intelligent Life Than We Know!”
Almost two decades later in September 2004, Mel Riley offered further information on what he had witnessed during that remote viewing session in 1986. He stated that the object he had spoken of was “not a UFO” but was “merely a complex located within the mountain”. He also made public the original notes from the monitor of the remote viewing session that day.
In these notes, Riley had stated that the organ that was observed appeared to be watching “some sort of screen or monitor”. He further stated that this “entity appears to be human in form but lacks definitive facial details”. What might he have meant by this? Did he mean that he simply couldn’t see the man’s face, or might this lack of facial details somehow offer corroboration of a human-alien hybrid connection to this strange facility?
Atwater certainly had a wealth of information to draw his conclusions from, ultimately determining that both Price’s, as well as McMoneagle’s and Riley’s sessions “appear to confirm the existence of these bases”. And what’s more, these bases were “protected from discovery, mutually supportive in purpose, and of very high technology”. It appeared that these sites involved “precise observation”, as well as “some navigational use”. Furthermore, it appeared that the “sites may not always be occupied and maybe somehow connected with a deep space object”, adding that it was “entirely possible that some sort of extraterrestrial civilization checks in (at these locations) every now and then”.
He would sum up by offering some thought-provoking ideas on the entities that used the mountain bases. He stated that “given an alternative zero-point field environment, atoms and electrons would combine differently, and that process would yield far different intelligent life than we know”, adding that it was possible that this is “why physical contact with extraterrestrials is so rare”. He further suggested that “the answer may be in seeking contact on the mental and spiritual planes beyond the often-narrow confines of physical reality”.
Many Who Are Skeptical
It would appear, then, that Pat Price was accurate in what he witnessed during his remote viewing sessions regarding alien bases in mountain locations around the world. However, although many believe Price’s remote viewing information to be accurate and credible, many people are highly critical of both his information and methods.
Perhaps of more concern, at least to some, is how similar the information offered by Price is to that found in the book by L. Ron Hubbard, Scientology: A History Of Man. In it, for example, Hubbard highlighted the same locations, offering that each contained “ancient alien bases” that had been operational for thousands of years.
To some, this was proof of where Price had obtained his information. To others, it was simply a case of two individuals arriving at the same conclusions, similar to how the subsequent remote viewers had seemingly done. It is perhaps also worth mentioning that Hubbard also made claims of subaquatic alien bases which were also thousands of years old. When we consider that it is widely agreed there is a very real connection between UFOs and the seas and oceans of the planet, we might ask if this is further evidence of Hubbard’s, and indeed Price’s, accuracy.
Reports And Claims Continue
Many other mountainous locations have been highlighted as housing alien bases, with some of these claims seemingly corroborating further the initial claims of Pat Price. One of the most intriguing, and no less controversial, is the information offered by James Casbolt, who claimed that the Pine Gap facility in Australia was “twined” with the facility inside Mount Zeil. What’s more, he would refer to the base at Mount Zeil as an “Anunnaki stronghold”. Even more concerning, at least according to Casbolt, it is from this base that an “invasion and takeover” of the planet would be launched.
It is also worth mentioning that many of the UFO reports that have unfolded around Pine Gap have featured details of huge openings appearing out of nowhere on mountainsides, allowing a huge UFO to enter or exit the mountain, before returning into place appearing as if the opening was simply not there. Could this offer further corroborating evidence of an alien presence inside the mountains of the world, and might this entrance/exit method be replicated in the other respective locations?
It is also worth our time examining an article in a respected Russian newspaper, Trud, in the summer of 2003 which stated it was likely that a “spaceport” resided in the Caucasus Mountains. [2] According to the article, “local residents and Ufologists” were “convinced” that an “interplanetary spaceport” existed somewhere in Mount Fisht in the Laganaki Plateau of the Caucasus region.
Furthermore, these bases were connected by a network of tunnel systems, some of which stretch right the way to Crimea and further bases. Even stranger, and mirroring various claims and reports from researchers in the United States, “secret US troops set up their own clandestine bases next the extraterrestrial bases”, adding that “humans and off-world races are said to be working together in super-secret underground bases” – and these included other bases in locations in Nevada in the United States, Pine Gap in Australia, and El Yunque in Puerto Rico.
Even more mind-blowing, the article made reference to “troubling” projects, including “the creation of alien-human hybrids” that would eventually “replace the current crop of Homo sapiens entirely”. This assertion that aliens are creating alien-human hybrids in order to take over the planet without detection is a conclusion that many other UFO and alien investigators and researchers have arrived at. It is something to keep at the back of our minds, at the very least.
A Reality-Altering Truth Awaiting Discovery
Ultimately, what should we make of the claims of Pat Price? And perhaps of more importance, if he was truthful and accurate in the information he put forward, was his sudden death somehow connected to what he had seen? If so, is this a suggestion that one dark agency or another – perhaps even beyond such agencies as the CIA or NSA – not only already knows about these extraterrestrial bases, but are willing to suppress any public awareness of them?
Might we even ask – as Price had suggested – if this speculative dark government agency has been “infiltrated” by this alien race, and might have been somehow responsible for the remote viewer’s death? It is not a pleasant thought, but a thought we must consider, nonetheless.
It is also worth mentioning how many of the world’s mountains – not just Mount Hayes in Alaska – have a mysterious quality to them. And, as the twentieth century progressed and morphed into the twenty-first century, these often-ancient mysterious legends have become intertwined with modern-day conspiracies, often revolving around top-secret locations and equally top-secret projects and programs.
These locations, and the many claims connected to them, should certainly not be dismissed unreservedly, however outrageous they might seem. Instead, only continued and further study and investigation will reveal just what the truth of such matters might be. Indeed, we just might find that such truths are far more reality-altering and perhaps unsettling than many of us might think.
The short video below examines the claims and remote viewing of Pat Price a little further.
